You could spend hours in here, full of books of all ranges. Have a good dig around. Has the smell of an old school library, absolutely love it.
A great bookshop with literally hundreds of thousands of books on just about any subject. Helpful and pleasant staff and incredibly affordable prices.
This place needs to be renamed Book Mountain because, at a rough guess, I would say that 80% of their stock is in assorted huge piles that are just impossible to get to, rather than on shelves! Apart from serving as good insulation (and, maybe, conversely, presenting some questionable hazards) what is the purpose of it all? It seems a clear-cut case of a business that has outgrown its premises. I know, for a fact, that if all their stock was adequately displayed on shelves, my spending would increase x 50+. Such a shame, because they have a good knowledge about books, and decent titles in most categories.
Books, books and more books! But you have to have lots of time and be good at excavating! Great fun!
