Terrible customer service left us absolutely gutted. After emailing back and forth with Elise over the course of a week asking questions about the bell tents and process of booking, I communicated to my entire wedding party who the Bell Tent supplier was and how to book. Then the emails suddenly stopped. Now a week later, after multiple emails and calls and my wedding party emailing them to book, we have now just been told that they have hired out all the bell tents for our date and they can't help us any further. Shocking that at no point were we told there was someone else enquiring about the same date. Incredibly stressful and not needed with everything else we have to think about. My parents have turned their property into a glamping wedding venue but we certainly won't be using this supplier for any future bookings!In response to your reply - myself and my wedding party have tried to call multiple times and you have deliberately ignored all of their emails. I only left a voicemail last night. Why in all of your emails on 20th, 24th, 27th and 28th did you not feel the need to disclose you have someone that has already paid a deposit? And why didn't you send me a booking form to pay the deposit?
Just wow. These guys went above and beyond to make our wedding come to life. We had a village of 15 bell tents which left our guests awestruck. They were so comfortable and guests were able to book direct with the company so that we didn't need to worry about taking payment on guests' behalf. They arrived and set up with minimal guidance, allowing us to focus on the other planning, and same with the take down. The honeymoon bell tent was a dream come true. A joy to work with and an absolute joy to stay in!

Excellent service, great tents, professionally handled and a pleasure to deal with. great value too!We ordered 10 tents for our wedding in June. The company offered a great package deal and we had a special honeymoon tent for the bride and groom. We had a festival wedding so they looked amazing against the backdrop of the Tipis we had as the main event tent (part of the venue hire).All our guests were very happy with the tents and some had never been camping before so were initially a bit nervous. The outcome was very positive and they were all very happy with the cleanliness and comfortable mattresses which did not go down in the middle of the night! (They gave us a spare pump in case they would have!)Overall very happy and not sure why theyre arent more reviews on google as Elise is great and the team were so friendly!Dont hesitate to go with this company if you are thinking about it.
