An excellent selection of stock. There are some really good things but you do have to hunt through a lot of stuff to find them, this does mean that there is something for everyone however. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Pet shop is particularly good and a vast improvement on Pets At Home. Recommended
My confidence in this company severely dented today over their stubborn attitude, Having purchased an item for Xmas display we decided not to use it and returned today (purchased saturday) to get a refund or credit note. Their attitude was very stubborn and not conducive to good customer service. We spend loads at the Eastbourne ESK but that counted for nothing. I understood the 25% discount on all xmas goods and offered to accept a credit note for 75% of the price i paid so i was to make a loss not them. The item would have gone on the shelf and be sold quickly, indeed there was just one left when we bought it so it would have sold easily but they could not see that, quotong "company policy"Pity really because it has soured our relationship with this company and i am sure Bob the owner would not have stood by and let that happen. He has built his little empire based on Customer Satisfaction. They need to remember that they may win a battle but still lose the war.Bye ESK
Only one star for being able to park. Not many goods priced properly. Staff on plant zogg. Dreary place to shop. Hastings store 10 times better. And have better and longer till conveyors. Wont be going back.

Very very suspicious staff. Thinking everyone who roams around there and stays a bit longer are shoplifters... unapproachable selling staff too.. looks like they got all the troubles of the whole East Sussex county....I just hope one day the plant department will be separated coz staff in the garden area are completely helpful and nice...
