Great store!!! Huge selection and really knowledgable staff! Always helpful and not pushy sales people. It was lovely to browse the different keyboards and try them out with or without headphones. Really helped me to choose the right Keyboard for me to use gigging live. Would highly recommend taking the time to visit and compare so many different brands under one roof!
Came in to buy a piano with a budget of 4000, stood in the shop for 15 mins looking at pianos, nobody asked if we needed help, the staff just sat there ignoring us, we decided we wont buy a piano for a shop that offer no customer service or help with a purchase. If one of your staff tried to help us we would have bought a piano from you....miss sales opportunity...
