I would like to thank you for the wonderful bouquet I had when I arrived at the Queen's Hotel on Monday. My hubby had ordered it as a surprise for my 50th birthday on our holiday away here. Stunning bouquet. We tried to find you to thank you in person but got lost, lol!!

My best friend came over from Spain to attend the funeral of her once much loved partner. Unfortunately the funeral was delayed for over a week; sadly she had to return back to her home in Spain. My friend requested that I find a single Red Rose for his funeral. I visited a few florists to find the perfect rose. At Beau-K I found the most beautiful deep red roses on display. The young ladies that I spoke to were extremely helpful. They completely understood my request and the significance. They also under took delivery to the funeral home on the day of the funeral. Received the bouquet as a gift. Quite honestly a simple bunch of flowers would have looked better. The arrangement had a decorative collar and was sitting in an ugly oversize vase. Choice of blooms was boring too.It was a gift so I can't complain but I am sure they didn't get value for money. Very disappointing as the other reviews are all so positive.
