I found the staff to be unwelcoming, churlish and generally unhelpful. When I asked to see the manager I was told he wasn't there. I asked for details to contact head office and was given the warehouse managers email address. I went to St Wilfred's Furniture store instead, where they were polite, helpful and they appreciated my custom.
It used to be good, then they rid of Tim... I explained that my 3 year old NEXT sofa needed a new zip on one of the cushions, knowing that the volunteers used to do small repairs. I lifted the sofa out onto the decking by myself knowing that it would only go out by the back gate only to be left a note to say they wouldn't take it because of the broken zip!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys, I now have a bad back and a sofa in the back garden. Last time a try and do a good thing.
