I went into the store for 3 pizzas as I was in the area. I normally get these at the Marina store. The young woman who served me filled up two pots of meats and used her hands to lift the bin and dispose of the pots and then handled my pizzas.Disgusting!Even put pots on side and place into the bin when the pizzas are completeMaybe clean your hands I felt an obligation to buy these but would not eat them Hygiene standards are zero with that going on.
Optician replaced my pinching nose pad on my glasses for free. Whatta difference it made almost instantly. Quick and helpful!
Self service tills awful no staff my husband stood and shouted for staff to help will never shop there again. Seems Asda are doing a trial by not having enough staff on.Stupid.
Had breakfast there this morning and it was disgusting !!! Cold, vile sausage and bacon, beans small portion also cold, no toast provided. Also coffee is a disgrace it comes from self serving machine where you push a button to choose (I chose cappuccino) bore no resemblance to this whatsoever, in fact it bore no resemblance to any type of coffee. 2.25 for this drink, my local coffee shop serves fresh brewed Italian coffee for same price (go figure)
Staff in restaurant are brilliant polite very warm and friendly. Store is in need of makeover in certain areas. Staff on shop floor also really helpful. Good range.This store often runs out of things which is either good stock control they are busier than they think they are going to be, either way it's irritating.Why do they not have a deli counter it's not the same buying packets of ham. They used to have one years ago but I think it went when they put the pizza counter in.
