I would say that weve received exemplary service. Richard has always made himself available which is personal service that is rare today. He knows his stuff and always does what he can to help. Weve just been through an extremely stressful experience with a fire damage claim at the rented property and Richard did everything he could to help and therefore reduce the stress.
