Last Saturday I got verbally abused and even threatened by one of their employees by the name of Thomas, at least that's what they told me his name was, I've reported it already however I will NOT be going back while the management can't control their staff, and allow them to verbally harass the customer.

I would not recommend this car wash even to my worst enemy. They broke my Parrot Bluetooth OLED screen in front of my eyes and they refused acknowledge and take responsibility for what they did, worst still they refused to pay for it even though it was their fault. Taking your car to get washed there is at your own risk because if they damage anything they will not take responsibility for it. Worse thing is the police will not get involved as it is a civil matter not criminal
Was my 6th time that I am going on that car wash due to close distance from my place. I was working in a car wash and I know how is to wash a car very good. That was my last visit on them, they were busy and unfortunately I left my car and go for shopping in the shopping centre. When I came back to collect it my car was washed "as they said". They did so, sloppy job, all the interior leathers were dirty "apparently they used the same cloth over and over" and polishing spray all over the dashboard, making the dashboard to look terrible. Also, the windows were dirty and from them you can see if they did a good job. Therefore, I complained to the manager guy and he said, next time I will have 5 quid discount. However, I did not have time to stay and ask to wash all over the car again and I left. NEVER BACK AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY
