Took my car for wash and vac this morning.Returned to find car gleaming but with an (approx) 8mm diameter chunk of the pearlescent red paint flaked and hanging off, showing the white base coat underneath on the drivers side rear door.The employee denied it was them or their fault - as if I wouldn't have noticed it EVERY time I got in my car!?I gave up arguing and went home, only to find smear marks and flies still on the bonnet as well as scratches where it looks like they tried (unsuccessfully) to remove a mark.The rest of the job was good but now I'm left needing to get the paintwork repaired! :0(
