Fantastic from Start to Finish. They have been so patient after many many weeks of back and forth designing an engagement ring from scratch! Walked in with no idea of what I needed and ended up with a stunning ring! Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you to all of the team for their patience and hard work!
A great experience. Alex helped me design the engagement ring I proposed with. She sourced the emerald cut diamond I wanted, the shoulder diamonds and sapphires and kept me informed all the way through the process of having it hand made. Myself and my new wife brought our wedding rings from this store. I had no idea what design I was looking for as Im not one for jewellery. But it didnt take long before Alex found the ring for me. Alex also found the perfect ring for my wife which was found in the used collection, we didnt realise this as all the rings looked brand new due to how well looked after they are. I can not fault the Service here. The shop itself is lovely and all the staff looked well presented. Id like to thank Alex for her help and we will be back in the future. :-)

I had the engagement ring for my wife designed and made by Chatfields, they really helped me understand what to think about as I was buying it in secret for my (future) wife. She loved thankfully! So good was the service we went back for our wedding rings despite not living the area. They helped me replicate a 12-sided wedding ring to replace my grandads that I was planning to us but had got stolen years before. Not an easy job but they have a great contacts base to have it made especially. Great service!
