Great range, but items are not individually priced and having a heart attack when you get the final bill can occur, yes I jest, but truly, it is frightening.

Visit to this store on Boxing Day, quite busy, entrance had a roped area so you can really only walk around one way. Sale items on display in one area only. I found the item I wanted and waited patiently at the desk. Despite several members of staff chatting to each other and serving other customers before me I was still waiting 10 minutes later! Twice I caught the eye of someone and was told I would be seen shortly and twice they went and served someone else instead. Found the staff quite rude and they seemed to pick and choose who they served as I wasn't the only person left waiting! Staff in my hometown branch much more friendly and helpful and I will not visit Eastbourne branch again.

Not a good experience at the Eastbourne Pandora shop today. I phoned before leaving home to check if the item I wanted to purchase was in stock. After a lot of searching the member of staff told me the item was in stock. However after a 40 minute journey when I arrived in store the wrong item had been put aside and the item I wanted was not in stock. Very disappointing.
