My wife and I enjoyed a very nice meal here. We arrived at an odd time (4pm) after arriving in Eastbourne by train and checking into our hotel. We had not eaten since breakfast and most restaurants do not start serving dinner until 6pm. We we're delighted to hear Bibendum served ALL day long. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was that of an upscale pub/restaurant with a VERY friendly neighborhood feel. We we're welcomed and treated like royalty. The steaks we had we're perfectly cooked to our liking with chips, onion rings, cooked tomato and mushroom. Combined with a pint, it was a perfect meal. The staff is to be complimented...thank you!

Firstly, I just want to say thank you to everyone at Bibendums who made our Christmas party incredible. It was so stress free from all forms of communication via email to popping in to ask questions. On the night we did party games in the function room and they didnt bat an eyelid to all the mess we created, they didnt spoil our fun and they were incredibly helpful. We will be back, every year until you say no! Thank you from team Wilko
