Great placeFirst time in here tonight and we were made welcome... But the 2 dogs were really made welcomed.We both had the lamb shank. They were delicious and plenty of them. Cooked to perfection and lots of lovely veg and the redcurrant gravy was very tastyAfter we had eaten, 2 more staff came out to see our dogs and after checking with us gave us a bowl with 2 sausages all cut up for the dogs.Everyone happy and the dogs are looking forward to returning. And us lol

Best time to visit this pub is in December, they cover every inch of the place in decorations, it must take them ages! Lots of space to sit and chat and drinks are reasonably priced. Can't comment on the food as I haven't tried it.
Great atmosphere on our Works Xmas meal. Service slow but went with flow as another party in at same time. Overall great experience and a lovely night was had.
