Not a good store
Waited in a queue for ages.....AS USUAL...finally got to my turn .. male member of staff said..without looking at me ....busying himself behind a til rudely said thats the queue Pointing to female colleague to his right..and he walked off...I promptly left the things I wished to purchase and left...I will never now return....
Very helpful but product knowledge is poor so were not able give advice on best shoes to get for various feet problem.
As a disabled person trying to get around the store was a nightmare! I was either trying to push things out of my way or accidentally taking rails behind me or knocking things over. I couldn't see my way around. Customer service was atrocious! Also when we pointed out that they had over charged us because the tag said a lower price than what the till said. They refused to give the difference back, they just offered a refund of the item. So for my advice, if you are disabled stay away from this store! It will only annoy you and they like to cheat people.Shame, it used to be a good shop.
