I bought my car in October 2017 and only had 3 months warranty. Within a few days of the warranty ending I needed a new coil pack and spark plugs. Now my car doesnt even start. I wouldnt recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership ! Absolute shocked and upset.
I've rated my visit as a 4 ONLY due to the fact that parking is absolutely horrific around this area, The staff however are superb really friendly and accommodating with all and any enquiries.
Customer service is terrible, no response to emails or phonecalls, misold me a vehicle, and they have made no effort to even get back to us, let alone help us with anything!Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to never buy a car from these!
