3 and a half year old Fiat 500 proving unreliable and costing a fortune to repair.
Messed me about for two days, didn't call me I had to keep ringing them. Lost one and half days work and all because they didn't order all the parts needed to complete the job. Had been devoted, afraid I'm now a doubter
Always a brilliant service when I have my Fiat serviced at Yoemans in Eastbourne, with really helpful, approachable, friendly and efficient Staff. I have also rung them for advice on a couple of occasions when I first bought my Fiat from the previous company and Yeomans had just taken over and Yeomans were really helpful, with the added bonus that their phone system works really well and their phone is always answered really quickly.
They hardly ever answer the phone. When you go in there its like a ghost town... you have to wait ages for anyone to even notice you are there. We went in at the weekend to sell our fiat, were told to wait for a call on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went. Called all throughout the day, someone finally answered at around 4pm and was told that a specific person needed to call us back as soon as they had finished this sale. Still waiting...
