You know you are getting a great combination of workouts for a great price! I love to attend Nikki's classes and Nikki is really motivating. She helps each one of us with getting the exercises right and as per your body type she would also suggest you certain tweaks to make it more useful for you. And to top it all, if it is one of those days when you can't make it to the classes in those hours, Anytime Fitness's 24 hour open option comes really handy. It basically means that I can do my workout even at 1:00 am if needed!
