Should be renamed the friendly gym. I've never liked gyms, I prefer cycling, walking, swimming etc. Having a niggling injury that a doctor said gym work would help resolve I called in here. After being shown round by a staff member I got a good feeling about the place. There is a stack of different equipment including cardio, free weights, cable machines, kettle bells, medicine balls etc. The staff and customers are what makes the place though. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who is starting out on the fitness journey or who is already on the path.
