Exceptional customer services and a great experience. Since the refit the whole facility is so much more enjoyable to spend time in, from the gym to the bar area, it all adds up to a healthy and enjoyable place to spend a day. I love that I can work in the separate adult area, makes things a lot easier.

David Lloyd released my personal details to a third party, who then began to make threatening calls, it was distressing. And the reason was because I refused to pay the membership after overpaying for 4 months. I was then told my refund could not be done because Id cancelled my payment to get the issue resolved. Pretty sure they would take my payment over the phone, do not understand why a refund could not be paid via my account details? Do not use this club, the service is poor and the staff unhelpful.
