The care of the nurses, doctors and anaesthetist were truly outstanding. I felt so cared for here, I would highly recommend. I came here through NHS treatment and had my own private room and felt very attended to. It was as pleasant an experience as it possibly could have been! - Olivia

I've had a few outpatient appointments with Consultants, Nerve Conduction studies, and a MRI scan here. It's a very mixed bag; the 3 stars are for the kind, sincere and warm staff that I encountered. The hospital is let down by the cold and rude receptionist on the main Outpatient reception, and also the administrative staff who loudly sniggered about a patient 'not having medicare' and obviously picking and choosing who they thought were worthy of a complimentary drink. I found them to be very judgemental and unprofessional - something I haven't ever witnessed in any other public or private hospitals.
