I have been going to breakfast at Seamoors for a long time when I am vising the marina. The breakfast is a traditional hearty English breakfast and really good value. I have tried other places in the marina but the breakfast is far superior than anywhere else in my opinion. The price is really good for two full breakfasts and two teas it was 12.00 . This included toast too. Cooked perfectly,
Crab & Prawn Salad (8.90) disgusting and tasteless. Prawns full of water and salad dry. A typical horrible "English, tasteless salad". No imagination, no taste. Staff unbelievably slow and deadpan...all in all a very unpleasant experience!

Small continental type bar in Sovereign Harbour. Couple of real ale beers (sorry to say the local Long Man offering seems to have been replaced by Green King IPA!). The menu is small, but very local, with seafood being the primary offering, if this isn't your thing one or two non fish items are available. Good value and friendly service.
