Worst customer service and worst garage Ive ever been! I wont go there ever again! Just stay away of that place!!!

Wide range of cars not just ford as it is a main dealer for scoda, kia as well. ET out well but could do with some customer parking. Spares department a bit hidden and no way of telling what makes of car this department is for as just labeled up ford. Show rooms clean and tidy very well presented employees. Hot drinks on offer. Would have got 5* if wasn't for parking.
Excellent experience buying a new van from Birchwood Ford Eastbourne. Scott was brilliant. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vans and put together a great deal for me that suited my budget. Scott also delivered on his promise and had the van plylined and ready for me to drive away very quickly. Thanks Scott. I was also greeted with a smile at reception on arrival and offered a cup of tea which makes all the difference. If i was ever looking for a new or quality used van again this would be the first place I would go.
