Terrible receptionists dont know what they are doing and even worse since "upgrading" phonelines and one doctor tells you one thing and another tells you differant very poor knollage
Takes a while to get through but always get an appointment or phone consults. Doctors take the time to listen and have always given good advise. The health check I had was spot on and helped me make some lifestyle changes for the better.
Ive always found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, professional , kind and go out of their way to assist. They have always tried their best to get me an appt whether it is a phone one or face to face. You have to have realistic expectations they are very busy and underfunded and still do a fantastic job.
Its a nightmare to make an appointment, you have to ring on the day to make an appointment and can never get through to make one as the phone is constantly engaged. Should have a system in place to book the day before as some of us work full time. Also find that one in particular receptionist is so rude and I dont see why as a patient I have to disclose why I need to see the doctor, its not like she is a medic. Apart from that WHEN you do get to see a doctor they are very good.
