Apparently you can't go in and get a prescription that you've had before (simple hayfever) Told to fill in a form and wait 3 days and can't be done over the phone.. Although the first time I received this prescription from the doctor there over the phone.. Went to pharmacy to pick it up straight after.
What a great idea to get the gp to answer the phone..plus a great practice even though it needs a refurb
