Solid doctors surgery
A really good practice. I've had to wait a bit for appointments on occasion but find that there's a real 'can do' attitude throughout the team. They make the effort to resolve any query and everyone gets proper attention.
Brilliant practise care is very good although it's very hard to get appointment they see you on a come along and wait basis. Send txts to remind you of appointments. This is a really good practise.
From my experience an excellent surgery. Helpful, professional and efficient.
Virtually impossible to get an appointment. Online booking system isnt avaiable for my doctor (on going problem apparently). Sit and wait system, I waited over 1hr 30mins to be seen! (This is the average waiting time I was told by the receptionist). Locum doctor was very stressed and rude, poor bedside manner. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, to be told I didnt need an appointment to repeat my perscription. Very poor with communication and organisation. Worst GP practice I have been to.
